When you use ClipAlchemy, we collect the following information to provide our content repurposing service:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Content type (e.g., podcast, video, blog)
• Content links or uploaded files you submit for repurposing

We use the information you provide solely to deliver the content repurposing service you've requested. Specifically, we use your content to generate platform-optimized assets (clips, threads, graphics, etc.) and deliver them back to you.

Your content files are stored on secure servers. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data or content to any third parties. Your content remains your intellectual property.

Content files you submit are retained for 30 days after delivery of your repurposed assets, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers. Your contact information is retained while your account remains active. If you cancel, we will delete your contact information within 30 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at clipalchemy-1cff9672@ctomail.io. We will process your request promptly.

We use Stripe for payment processing. When you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to its own privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more information.

We do not use tracking cookies. We may use a minimal session cookie for administrative authentication, which is strictly necessary for the operation of our admin dashboard.
