Terms of Service

ClipAlchemy provides AI-assisted content repurposing services. We take your long-form content (podcasts, videos, blog posts, etc.) and transform it into multiple platform-optimized assets for distribution across social media and other channels.

You retain all rights to any content you submit to ClipAlchemy. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize ClipAlchemy to process that content for the purpose of providing our service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

ClipAlchemy offers monthly subscription plans processed through Stripe. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

ClipAlchemy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. [Your Name/Company] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to ClipAlchemy in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We aim to deliver repurposed assets within 24 hours of submission but do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe. We will communicate any delays promptly. ClipAlchemy is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your content and associated data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State]. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your State], in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of ClipAlchemy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
